About the Event


Don Bizzell graduated from UT with an engineering degree.  He has over 60 years experience surveying in Williamson and Travis counties. 

He will bring his tales and wisdom to you in this class titled: "All you need to know about surveying and more.”

You will walk through the local history of our surrounding counties and gain knowledge about the intricacies of surveys.

Donations accepted in lieu of class fee.

This event will be donation-based honoring the Kendall Bizzell Fund.*

  • Kendall struggled 10 years with severe health complications stemming from an acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He passed away on April 5, 2021 at the age of 55.
  • A graduate of Georgetown HS, his last career move was that of a REALTOR.
  • His wife Hyla is a teacher in Georgetown. 
  • The money raised at this event will help pay expenses the family has incurred over the last decade.
